I really enjoy the challenge and variety of my consultancy work. Using my experience and skill to help others to be able to bring problem solving and creative solutions is a great privilege. To see managers and staff encouraged and re-invigorated is profoundly rewarding.

With over 10+ years of experience as a leader, consultant, coach, and mentor in various domains such as business, entrepreneurship, human resources, nonprofit, and ministry, I have honed my skills in assisting others to establish thriving and sustainable ventures. Career Experience

I possess extensive expertise spanning more than a decade in the fields of business, entrepreneurship, nonprofits, Human Capital, and Ministry. Throughout my career, I have served as a consultant, leader, teacher, coach, and mentor, gaining valuable insights and honing my skills in these areas.

Currently, I hold the esteemed position of Head of Human Capital and Administrations at Arise Community School, where I have dedicated over 7+ of service. In this influential role, I am responsible for overseeing the school's day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning and efficient management.

Prior to my current position, I held managerial roles at Light in Africa Children's Homes and Torchbear Co. Ltd. These experiences provided me with invaluable opportunities to develop my expertise in team management and supervision, enabling me to effectively lead and guide diverse groups of individuals.

Further enriching my skillset, I previously interned at Tanzania Power Supply Company (Tanesco) and served as a vocal coach at Heavenly Vocal & Music School. My commitment to community extends to my volunteer work at WorkFaith, contribute to the organization's mission by assisting as an Application Advisor, leveraging my expertise to offer faith-based information, advice, and coaching to help people prepare for long-term employment. Through my involvement, I am able to make a meaningful impact by offering guidance and support to those in need.

I am driven by a passion for empowering others and making a positive difference in their lives, and I look forward to continuing my journey of personal and professional growth in these areas.
